The international element of Summerhill brings a lovely mixture of cultures to the school. For the past 20 years, we have had lots of Chinese kids at Summerhill. One year, a group of them organised a Luna new year celebration for the whole community. Since then it has become a yearly thing and has grown in size. It is organised by many kids and staff and we all decorate the school and cook yummy Chinese food for everyone.
